Shipping charges
Where a product says shipping included, standard worldwide delivery is included in the price. Shipping is charged at most once per order.
Processing time
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed on the blockchain. We'll email you when your order ships, with tracking details where available.
Destinations
We ship worldwide. If for any reason we can't deliver to your address, we'll contact you and give you a full refund.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and are confirmed after your order is placed. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
Taxes and duties
Import taxes, duties and customs fees, if any, are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
